These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our firm’s calendar booking system to schedule appointments. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms, ensuring a professional, consistent, and secure experience for both the client and our firm.
2. Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation
Appointment slots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our firm reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Appointments may be scheduled through the online calendar provided by our firm. Confirmation of appointment details will be provided following the booking submission.

3. Payment and Re-scheduling
Payment for scheduled appointments must be completed in advance. For clients with funds held in trust, fees may be directly debited from the client’s trust account, subject to prior agreement.
In the event that a client qualifies for a promotional discount or coupon after payment, an equivalent amount will be credited back to the client’s trust account.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in the full fee being charged.
Clients are responsible for contacting our office in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment to avoid any unnecessary charges.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Information provided by clients for booking appointments will be handled securely and in compliance with all applicable privacy regulations.
Personal and case-specific information provided during the booking process will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law or court order.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Our firm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the booking system constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from missed appointments, system outages, or any errors in scheduling. Clients are advised to verify appointment details and retain confirmation records.
8. Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of clients to check for eligibility for any discounts or promotions before booking and payment.
